RESEARCH INTO PRACTICE

Observe carefully.
Improve steadily.

Our development work connects equipment engineering, polymer formulations and process control. The manufacturing base in Huainan, Anhui, brings laboratory work and automated production together, supporting industrial-scale production of nanofiber membranes in widths up to 2.8 metres.

01 / LABORATORY

Examine the material.
Understand its behavior.

Scanning electron microscopy, hydrostatic pressure, air permeability, accelerated aging and filtration testing help connect fiber structure with measurable material behavior.

02 / PRODUCTION

Bring the process into focus.
Build consistency.

More than 12,000 m² of automated factory space supports the transition from development trials to manufacturing. Equipment, formulations and processing are refined together.

OUR DEVELOPMENT

Progress, built over time.

  1. 2013

    A4-width experimental electrospinning equipment developed.

  2. 2015–2016

Development progressed to a 1.6-metre pilot system, followed by a production line.

  3. 2021

Kuncheng New Materials established, taking the development programme into a new phase.

  4. 2024

GUONATEC established in Anhui; construction of the manufacturing base completed.

  5. 2026

Seven production lines in stable operation, with annual capacity of approximately 5 million linear metres of nanofiber membrane.*

*Annual capacity is based on nanofiber membrane with a basis weight of 15 g/m² and a roll width of 1.55 m. At this specification, capacity is approximately 5 million metres of membrane length per year. Higher basis weights reduce annual output; actual capacity depends on the specification produced.

OUR CORE TEAM
