ABOUT GUONATEC
From laboratory insight.
To industrial capability.
Electrospun nanofiber materials, developed through more than a decade of research and practical engineering.

RESEARCH INTO PRACTICE
Observe carefully.
Improve steadily.
Our development work connects equipment engineering, polymer formulations and process control. The manufacturing base in Huainan, Anhui, brings laboratory work and automated production together, supporting industrial-scale production of nanofiber membranes in widths up to 2.8 metres.

Examine the material.
Understand its behavior.

Bring the process into focus.
Build consistency.
OUR DEVELOPMENT
Progress, built over time.
- 2013
A4-width experimental electrospinning equipment developed.
- 2015–2016
Development progressed to a 1.6-metre pilot system, followed by a production line.
- 2021
Kuncheng New Materials established, taking the development programme into a new phase.
- 2024
GUONATEC established in Anhui; construction of the manufacturing base completed.
- 2026
Seven production lines in stable operation, with annual capacity of approximately 5 million linear metres of nanofiber membrane.*
*Annual capacity is based on nanofiber membrane with a basis weight of 15 g/m² and a roll width of 1.55 m. At this specification, capacity is approximately 5 million metres of membrane length per year. Higher basis weights reduce annual output; actual capacity depends on the specification produced.
OUR CORE TEAM
Small team.
Shared discipline.
Our compact team combines more than a decade of electrospinning experience with doctoral research, equipment engineering and material development. Academic and study backgrounds span Boston University, the Royal College of Art, Renmin University of China, SKEMA Business School and MIT.
Experience in international study, design and global supply chains supports collaboration across markets. We work through careful testing, clear communication and continuous improvement.
